The Southern Maine Advisory Council on Transition is comprised of educators, community providers, employers, parents, agency representatives, youth and young adults. We are committed to providing information, education, and technical assistance for youth with special needs and those with whom they work in York and Cumberland Counties as they transition from school to adult life.
Our Mission
To assist, educate and involve youth with disabilities aged 14-25, as they
transition into adulthood.
